Safety Guidelines

Last updated: 1 January 2026 Your safety on the mountain is our top priority. Please read these guidelines before renting. Equipment Safety - Always inspect rental equipment before use. Report any damage to the provider immediately. - Ensure boots are properly fitted and bindings are set to your DIN setting by a qualified technician. - Helmets are strongly recommended for all skiers and snowboarders. On the Mountain - Always ski or snowboard within your ability level. - Follow all resort rules and piste markings. - Never ski or ride off-piste without appropriate safety equipment and a qualified guide. Private Owner Rentals When renting from a private owner, always inspect the equipment thoroughly and confirm the condition matches the listing description before accepting. Report any discrepancies to GetSki within 2 hours of pickup. Damage and Liability You are responsible for any damage to rental equipment caused during your rental period beyond normal wear.
