Standard Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the rental start time.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time, or no-shows.
Provider Policies
Some rental providers operate their own cancellation policies which may differ from the standard policy. The provider's policy is displayed on the offer page before you complete your booking.

Exceptional Circumstances
Cancellations due to resort closures, extreme weather, or other force majeure events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with a full refund issued where applicable.
