The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of how KG Connect Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), collects, uses and processes your personal data when you use the Company’s service available at: getski.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). The present Privacy Policy covers all persons who provide information in connection with the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”, “you”) including representatives, the Company’s partners and service providers regarding to ski equipment rental while they use the Service via the website www.getski.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and any additional functions and services throughout the world.

The Company understands that your privacy is important to you and is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of personal information entrusted to it.

Governing Law
The Users’ personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“ PDPO”), the associated regulations and guidelines as may from time to time be issued by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
